Blandford Grange Care Home, part of Healthcare Homes Group, has appointed Rachel Smith-Harrison as its new home manager. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector and a dedication to enhancing care services, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her new role.

Rachel began her career in healthcare as a nurse in 1997, progressing through various roles to become a respected leader in care home management. Since 2020, she has focused on ensuring residents in nursing homes receive the highest standard of care, with a strong emphasis on creating supportive, fulfilling environments for both residents and staff.

Rachel’s leadership aligns with the high standards that Blandford Grange is known for, reflected in the home’s “Good” rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
