Avon Lodge Care Home Welcomes New Manager, Joby James

Avon Lodge Care Home, part of the Healthcare Homes Group, is delighted to announce the appointment of Joby James as its new manager. With 15 years of experience managing care homes and a strong background in nursing, Joby is dedicated to continuing Avon Lodge’s high standard of care, having been rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

As a registered nurse with NVQ Level 4 and 5 qualifications in Health and Social Care, Joby brings both extensive professional expertise and a compassionate approach to her new role. Her focus on person-centred care aligns perfectly with Avon Lodge’s core values, which prioritise treating residents with respect and dignity.
