Preparation had long since been under way as this very special anniversary of the Burscough Home took place.
The Stocks Hall Nursing & Care Group were delighted to welcome Mayor of West Lancashire, Councillor Nikki Hennessy and her lovely mum, to share the celebratory occasion with them.
The afternoon included bubbly with a fabulous buffet, chatting, dancing, and singing with all kinds of instruments.
Thanks especially go to all staff and Jill Fielding who lead the celebrations with singing, understanding and kindness. Jill included all persons taste in music, and helped make the day a great success.
Sammi Molyneux, Manager of the Home said “Today has just been amazing, it has been a delight to see all faces past and present including staff, friends and relatives. It has also been an honour to have the Mayor of West Lancashire, Councillor Nikki Hennessy and her mum with us. We have seen many changes and faced many challenges in this time, and have embraced it all. We are proud to say at Stocks Hall Burscough, over the last 25 years, have maintained constant high standards, kept the Home filled with love and always given back to the community.”
