The RoSPA Awards promote the importance of occupational health and safety and acknowledge organisations that excel in this area. They are internationally recognised and have fast become one of the most sought after accolades by organisations from every sector.

RoSPA Gold Award winners have achieved a very high level of performance, demonstrating well developed occupational health and safety management systems and culture, outstanding control of risk and very low levels of error, harm and loss.

Cath Dyson, Director of Health and Safety at Barchester said: “I am extremely proud that we have achieved the RoSPA Gold Award with our first entry.
