Wisma Mulia Foundation Housing Association Appoints New Registered Home Manager

Wisma Mulia (Frampton Housing Association) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Hasib Rahman as Registered Home Manager, effective November 2025.

Mr Rahman brings substantial expertise and a proven track record in health and social care management. His career encompasses leadership roles across multiple care organisations, where he has consistently delivered excellence in service quality and regulatory compliance.

Mr Rahman’s professional achievements include recognition through two Leadership Awards and a Working the Extra Mile Award. Notably, in 2023, he successfully led a Cambridgeshire care home through a significant improvement programme, elevating its CQC rating from Inadequate to Good. His leadership has also contributed to enhanced outcomes at other services, including a Gloucester care home that received the Best Care Home in Gloucester award from carehome.co.uk.

With a strong commitment to community engagement, Mr Rahman recognises the challenges faced by individuals who may experience social isolation. His strategic vision for Wisma Mulia centres on developing an inclusive environment that facilitates social connection and enables residents to build meaningful relationships within a supportive community setting.
