Signature Senior Lifestyle Welcomes New CEO Rob Martin
Signature Senior Lifestyle has announced that Rob Martin has now joined as Chief Executive Officer, bringing extensive leadership experience from across the social care and not-for-profit sectors.
Rob joins Signature from Anchor, where he served as Managing Director for Care Services, overseeing one of the largest senior care providers in the country. With a background that includes military service, Rob brings a deep sense of purpose, teamwork, and public service to his leadership.
At Signature, Rob will focus on continuing the company’s reputation as a best-in-class provider of luxury residential care. His priorities include overseeing the opening of three new homes in 2026, completing a wide-ranging refurbishment programme across existing homes, expanding partnerships with leading brands such as Fortnum & Mason, and enhancing the resident lifestyle experience through innovations, including an expansion of Signature’s wellness and wellbeing offer.
