Runwood Homes Charity Raffle Raises £2,800 for Asthma & Lung UK and the MS Society

Runwood Homes has successfully raised £2,800 through its latest charity raffle, with proceeds to be divided equally between Asthma & Lung UK and the MS Society.

The fundraising initiative was supported by the care provider’s network of suppliers, who contributed prizes and monetary donations to the cause. Staff members across Runwood Homes’ portfolio of care facilities also participated by purchasing raffle tickets, contributing to the impressive final total.

The funds will support the essential work carried out by both charities across the United Kingdom. Asthma & Lung UK provides support and research into respiratory conditions, whilst the MS Society offers services to people affected by multiple sclerosis and their families.

A spokesperson for Runwood Homes expressed gratitude to all those involved: “The generous support of our suppliers, combined with the enthusiasm of our colleagues, has enabled us to make a meaningful contribution to two organisations that provide vital services. Without this ongoing support from our partners and staff, initiatives like this would not be possible.”
