Residents Bloom with Creativity at Brize Meadow Lodge Care Home
Residents at Brize Meadow Lodge Care Home in Brize Norton recently enjoyed a joyful and creative flower arranging session, bringing a splash of colour and cheer to the home. The activity encouraged residents to express themselves, share ideas, and work together to create beautiful floral displays.
Throughout the session, residents experimented with a variety of flowers, learning new arranging techniques and combining different colours and textures to craft their own unique creations. Laughter and conversation flowed as participants admired each other’s work, offering tips and compliments, and enjoying the sense of togetherness the activity fostered.
Flower arranging is just one of the many activities at Brize Meadow Lodge designed to promote creativity, social interaction, and emotional wellbeing. Activities like these are carefully chosen to stimulate the mind, encourage self-expression, and strengthen the strong sense of community among residents.
Jack Tunley, Front of House Manager at Brize Meadow Lodge said:
“Watching our residents engage with such enthusiasm and pride is always a highlight. These sessions not only nurture creativity but also help residents form connections, share stories, and create joyful memories together.”
