As Director of Clinical & Dementia Care, Suzanne will be the strategic lead for all clinical governance, nursing, allied health, and dementia specialist care across the KYN portfolio, using her experience to drive continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, innovation and excellence, ensuring that residents living with dementia receive the highest levels of care, and compassion.

Suzanne says: “My personal experience of caring for my own parents shaped my values and commitment to delivering dementia care that is compassionate, thoughtful and human. In my role as Director of Clinical and Dementia Care, I will work closely with our Home Managers, leadership teams and Head Office colleagues to continue raising standards, focusing on person-centred approaches and social prescribing, supporting our teams to deliver outstanding care in line with KYN’s values and commitment to excellence.

Caroline Naidoo, Managing Director at KYN, says:
“We are thrilled to welcome Suzanne as our Director of Clinical and Dementia Care. She will be an invaluable addition to our leadership team as we continue to enhance clinical excellence and dementia care across KYN. I look forward to the impact she will have on our growing organisation.”
