Hartford Care Acquires 16 Care Homes from Select Healthcare Group
Following the acquisition of Select Healthcare Group by Foundation Partners and Deer Capital, 16 fully operational homes across England and North Wales will now be managed by Hartford Care Group. The transfer further reinforces Hartford Care’s ambitious growth strategy, adding an additional 801 bedrooms to its portfolio which now comprises 45 homes in the UK, and 2,327 bedrooms. Turnover at the Hartford Care Group rose from £40m in 2023 to over £140m in 2026.
The homes acquired in North Wales are Ashgrove and Ashleigh Court in Gresford and Broughton Hall and Rhosyn Melyn in Wrexham. In the Midlands: Benton House in New Rossington, Doncaster; Chapel Lodge in Chapel-en-le-Frith, High Peak; Springfield Park in Rochdale; Delves Court in Walsall and Aldergrove Manor, Greenleigh, Island Court and Victoria Lodge in Wolverhampton. In the South of England: Beech Tree in Overton, Basingstoke, Primecare Residential in Basildon, Essex and Ramsgate Care Centre and Wantsum Lodge in Ramsgate, Kent.
