easy Brand Launches New Concept In Care Homes With First 60-Bed Facility In Suffolk
easyResidences, a new partnership backed by Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, the creator and owner of the easy family of brands, has today announced the start of construction on its first care home
A groundbreaking ceremony was held in Kessingland, Suffolk, attended by local dignitaries including Jess Asato MP, the Mayor of Lowestoft, and councillors from Kessingland Parish Council.
Alongside the easyGroup brand the easyResidences partnership includes operators KRG Healthcare and Morrison Community Care Group. Together, the partners aim to transform social care by providing modern, affordable and technology-enabled care homes across the UK.
The first easyResidences facility, Manor Farm, is being built within the grounds of an existing care home in Kessingland. When the 60-bed complex is due to be completed in August 2027, when current residents will move into the new home. Many are already closely following the progress of construction as their future residence takes shape.
