Functionality to manage direct debits for billing parties and the ability to export Direct Debit mandate and transaction files (Standard18).
Add a communications preference field against billing parties (e.g. email or letter) for invoices, statements and chase letters.
Introduce an accruals report to show the underbilled and overbilled amounts for a given period based on invoices.
Allow the billing schedule report to be filtered to show schedules that relate to a given location.
Include the location reference number in the variables available when compiling an invoice number (e.g. INV-DC-0001).
When adding a direct debit mandate, validate bank account details are correct and that the account supports direct debit payments.
