Fraser Gillan, Louise Gibb, Lizanne Kirkwood, Helen Evans and Kirsty MacIntosh worked as a team to defeat the highest mountain in the United Kingdom, standing at approximately 1,344 metres.
After previously climbing Tinto in Southern Lanarkshire last year, the staff members at Collisdene were inspired to tackle Ben Nevis.
With help from colleague Jean Glasgow back at base camp, the five staff battled with extreme weather conditions and fatigue to complete the challenge and raise more than £360.
Kelly Mair, Manager at Collisdene Care Centre said: “Here at Collisdene we are always trying to think of new and different ways to raise money for extra trips and events. Each year our dedicated members of staff attempt a new challenge and this year they surpassed themselves.
“The staff did a fantastic job completing the climb, especially in such terrible weather conditions. Everyone at Collisdene is really proud of them.”
