The Orders Of St John Care Trust Commits To Three Year Working Feedback Service

One of the largest not-for-profit care providers of care for older people in the UK, The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT), has joined forces with Working Feedback, an industry-leading feedback collection service.

OSJCT has agreed a three-year contract with Working Feedback to provide feedback services to their 72 care homes across Lincolnshire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire, providing care for approximately 3,500 residents. The group specialises in providing high quality, person centred care for older people, both in care homes and extra care housing.

Working Feedback, in conjunction with NHS Choices and the Care Quality Commission, has developed a user friendly feedback form branded to the OSJCT care homes. They are the leading feedback company in the UK to provide an impartial feedback solution and bed vacancy service, as well as feeding verified reviews through social media and directly to the OSJCT website. The flexibility of the Working Feedback service allows OSJCT to gather ongoing, regular feedback from their service users – residents, family and friends, professionals and staff – to gain direct insight into how people feel about their care homes’ care quality and service.
