Greensleeves Invest £5.3m In Castleoak Constructed Care Home

Castleoak, the leading developer and construction partner to the care sector, today announces the development of a £5.3m care home for new customer Greensleeves Homes Trust in Diss, Norfolk.

The new 60-bed care home is a Castleoak development project with funding provided by the CarePlaces Fund – a partnership between Castleoak and Bridges Ventures.

Having identified the site and conducted thorough, site-specific market and demographic analysis, Castleoak completed the land acquisition and secured planning permission for the care home. A 35-year lease agreement has been reached with Greensleeves Homes Trust and construction is now underway. The home is scheduled to open in spring 2015.
