The FABS (Flexibility, Aerobic, Balance and Strength) Training Programme has been shown to help people improve physically, emotionally and socially with high levels of enjoyment and adherence. It’s working in community, care and NHS settings with Instructors bringing about long-term behavior change and empowering people to stay fit, healthy and independent.

Summary
Musculoskeletal conditions are disorders of the bones, joints, muscles and spine. Such conditions can cause pain, stiffness and a loss of mobility, which can make it difficult to carry out everyday activities. This session will examine the benefits of physical activity for improving musculoskeletal health at every stage of life, exploring its merits for back pain, arthritis, fall prevention and improved quality of life.
