Cornwall Care Attends Royal Cornwall Show

Last weekend, staff from Cornwall Care had a fantastic time exhibiting and meeting the public at the Royal Cornwall Show in Wadebridge.

With two stands at the show, one for Recruitment and one in the Wadebridge Chamber of Commerce area, the team at Cornwall Care were there to meet and greet, answering questions about their care services and upcoming projects, as well as giving an insight into what it is like to work for the charity.

Residents from St Breock, their residential home in Wadebridge, came along to visit them. They attend the show every year; it is an important local occasion for the home and the residents who have grown up and lived in the Wadebridge area.

The wellies and umbrellas were out for most of the three days as the weather did its typical Cornish thing, showering rain and sunshine intermittently, but despite that spirits were high and everyone involved had a wonderful time enjoying the show.

The team at Cornwall Care would like to thank all their visitors who came along to speak with them; it was a brilliant opportunity to engage with the public and hear their thoughts about their upcoming care village development and current services.

This year Cornwall Care are celebrating their 21st year of being an independent Cornish charity. They have been enjoying various events with their staff and residents to celebrate the milestone and look forward to even more events this year.
